RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us together with the receipt.
For a product to be eligible for a refund, it should be returned in new and unused condition and in its original shipping container as received. No refund will be given for any product(s) that have been used, damaged, or altered. KADOKAWA GEMPAK STARZ SDN BHD will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once the returned product has been checked and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
